LITTLE STARS
Little Stars are twelve 80pp small format books by astrologer/author/artist John Astrop aimed at the huge adult gift market of birth, birthdays, astrology and new parents. In each little book John Astrop describes for the parent the character of the new "little star's" sign of the zodiac and starting with the birth of the baby, moves through the first three years, kindergarten and on to the early school years. The differences in each sign's character are explored and each child's sun sign is compared with each parents sign pointing up the harmonious and clashing aspects of each combination. They are NOT a yearly series like the horoscope astrology books but a timeless package with an infinite lifetime.

First published in 1995, the original Little Stars books were translated into 17 languages and sold over 2,000,000 copies in the first year. Foreign advances on the series exceeded half a million dollars in the first six months. The original publisher was firmly newage orientated and not geared to the larger gift market that Little Stars were progressing towards so a mutual agreement was made returning all rights on Little Stars to author John Astrop. We are looking for a publisher experienced in the growing gift market as the world book rights are again available.
